About Lakshmi Narayan Temple
Located in the Malviya Nagar area of Bhopal south of the lake near the Arera Hills, this temple is dedicated to Lakshmi Narayan. The temple complex includes a museum that houses a collection of stone idols brought from various locations including Raisen, Sehore, Mandsaur and Shahdol in Madhya Pradesh. Visitors can observe sculptures of Shiva, Vishnu and their various incarnations within the museum premises. The museum operates daily with regular visiting hours, providing devotees and tourists an opportunity to appreciate the artistic and spiritual heritage of the region.
